I have a good friend that vouch for this product! Claiming it did wonders on his car, any one using it or its crap?

It won't work.... the car's ECU will take over eventually and render any "add on" useless.

Sprint booster? So throttle modulator.
All it does is make your gas pedal more sensitive.
Pressing down 1/4 of the way = 3/5 of the way, for example.
Works both ways.

I have the Apexi. Rarely use it, but it's fun to play around with if your on a track or on backroads and like kicking the rear end out
