peeps, I have searched the forums and cannot track anything down, I am looking for a recommend spot to get some new kicks for the ride - any places come highly recommended in Los Angeles area? Maybe in the OC?
I want a place where they actually have stuff to see not that warehouse with nothing there.

Well, at this point I will take any place you guys recommend.

There are a few vendors that have detailed pictures of the products (wheel/design/finish) you might be considering. If you're looking for an actual storefront, I can't say there is much available. RavSpec, a vendor here, has a great listing of available wheels, but they're certainly not local to us. Personally, I'd first start with a design you are considering first. That narrows the search some. And don't be afraid to search locally on Craigslist or through FS classifieds here. You never know if a deal may pop up or the exact wheel you must have becomes available.

Other than that, most new wheels will either be custom made and delivered to you, or in the case with many, including myself, waiting a good three to four months for wheels from Japan. It just depends on you, your ability to be patient, and the cost of everything.

Try Boden Autohaus, Evasive, VR Wheels, AG Wheels, 88 Rotors, The CarShop. They're all in the LA/OC area and carry a wide variety of wheels. If you want custom 3 piece or anything from Japan you'll probably have to wait weeks or months.

Haha I am really surprised that someone would not be able to find a place to buy wheels in LA. The freeways there look like virtual car shows

thanks everyone! I will check those spots out...

The problem is not finding a wheel shop, I have tons of them around me, but none of them seem to have what I am looking for, or fitment wise for my car, most seem to cater to BMW, Benz, etc.
