Default KKB or NADA. Better at representing true value for used isf prices?

I have a friend looking to purchase a used isf and has been looking up prices though kkb and nada and it shows almost a $3-4k price difference between the two prices guide. So why the big difference. I have always just used kkb but which guides gives a more accurate price point? Which guide do you use for used car prices?

Yes and no... dealers use a NADA Black book or more so they use auction price guides to see what vehicles are selling for. If anything, Edmunds.com has a used car price guide that seems pretty spot on for current market values. NADA consumer website is a little high. I plugged in my 54,000 mile 2010 ISF and it says current vehicle trade-in good condition is $36,000 and dealer retail is $39k. Currently values from various dealers are $36-37k for my car from autotrader results. So more realistically you are looking at a $32-$33k trade in value.
