Default Low dyno pull

So today is Tuesday april 14th 73 degrees and I am at autobahn in houston's dyno jet. Doing back to back pulls with consistent 340 whp to the wheels. I have an injen intake, Ppe headers, custom true dual 2.5 inch piping to a X pipe to magnaflow mufflers exhaust, no cats, secondary cats, or resonator. And again doing 340 to the wheels, anyone else think that's a bit low..?

Something bad is happening at 5200 rpm...power should continue to build.

I agree. You should be putting down closer to 405 whp. The numbers you are putting down are equal or slightly less than bone stock.

Not sure if something is wrong, .but power does not usually drop that dramatically..

Something's definitely wrong. Here's 2 Fs (one is mine).

Mine has PPE Headers with PPE DualMode Exhaust and Hi-Flow Cats. - 392+ HP

Other one has PPE Headers, JoeZ Exhaust, No Cats. - 399+ HP

Edit - Since People are now talking intakes.

Mine has Takeda.

Other one has a K&N.

IMHO, Intakes have little impact on power. Personally I like the design of the Takeda.

could it be the intake? Heat soaked? The guy that dynoed said he had a F and that could've been it

I'd be looking at the intake if it was me.

Having lost power on a dyno with the Takeda fitted, I reverted to the stock airbox. I then fitted the HPS intake pipe and a K&N panel filter.

Second dyno visit showed a gain on both HP, and I had a much smoother AFR reading (mine spiked with the Takeda as well).

Have you still got your stock intake? If so, no harm in trying it?

Just remember you need to get a few miles under your belt before you re-dyno. The ECU needs time to re-calibrate.

Hope this helps, and you get it sorted soon mate.

Cheers.

Managed to find my dyno result graphs.

The red line was after I removed the Takeda and fitted the HPS intake pipe and K&N panel filter.

You'll notice gains throughout, and a smoother AFR reading as well.

Those numbers are stock low you should be around the 400whp mark.

even with the intake I feel that my headers and exhaust should still net me 370 or so
