Default LSD & differential question....

does our F share/interchangable LSD with other toyota's? supra?
question about torque, with my previous cars like the civic,altezza,mr2.....i've driven them with and without lsd,and the "pull" or butt dyno seems to different from non-lsd,i know the lsd will not increase WHP....but does it increase torque? im wondering if i will feel the same with the F since the HP is way above from other cars....i dont know if i will feel any gains like the other cars

Someone was going through some cross compatiblity stuff, I believe they ruled out the is250 was same/similar to the frs/brz. The ring and pinion on isf might be compatible with the crown:

After watching http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5tYv2...ature=youtu.be I really want to test this out, especially due to the fact I have the diff with a giken in it.. Idk how the soon to be installed nitrous setup will be utilized when you are shifting that much. Importfaceoff may 31st, if like to take a trophy home this might be the ticket!

Do you mean the entire assembled diff in the housing or just the LSD unit? As far as feeling like one has more torque than the other it could be because they are geared differently- that is the only thing that would improve acceleration and mimic the feeling of additional torque and power. Typically LSDs are more effective at putting power to the ground compared to an open diff but that difference is only truly noticeable if you are seeing a lot of wheel spin with the open diff.
