Bcr coilovers 16/12 or 14/10
I have a 2011 ISF getting ready to put AG wheels f421 spec 2 9.5x20 +40 and 10.5 x20 +45 and lower it on some BC coilovers with swift springs I have researched tons of threads on this subject and was leaning towards the 16/12 but the shop I was going thru was telling me that might be too stiff and I just wanted to get somefeedback anyone currently riding on that spring rate?

ive had both bc coilovers with the the swift spring upgrades with both spring rates you are looking at. the 16k/12k feels a lot more stiff even on soft settings. the 14/10k is wayyy more comfortable.. its almost crazy how smooth it can be at how low i was at the time. now with the new 16/12k set up at the exact same ride heights, i feel like im jumping all over the place on every little bump.

You think I ll be alright on 20x9.5 2010.5 +40 +45 lowered on the bc's? Far as fitment wise?

Springs are not inherently stiff. Shocks make strong springs stiff.
It all depends on what you want to do. If you plan to track your car, you need all the spring you can get. If you just cruise with it, then get the ride you want, which is more than likely the softer springs.

I've got BCs with Swift in 16/12 and they're great. Plenty of dampening adjustability for comfort and I don't bottom out on every pebble in the road especially for how low I am. I don't track my car, its simply my very fast, very f-ing awesome daily driver!
These rates work for me. Good luck.
