Hi guys. I owned an 04 IS300, an 06 IS250 and now am looking to buy an 08 IS-F with 44K miles. The car is black on black and is from a dealership. It has a clean title with perfect interior and exterior with a few rock chips on the hood. It has the ML sound system, bluetooth, backup camera, dvd etc. The asking price is $33500 and they don't seem to negotiate on the price. It is a Lexus dealership btw if it makes any difference. I was wondering if the asking price was good for the car. Also we were not looking to spend more than $35K and this one kind of falls in our price range. I really appreciate your help and comments.

I paid $32,500 for my 08 with 50,000 miles a couple months back. They are right on with the price.
