borla end delete & titanium style tip
titanium style stainless muffler tip slant cut. 89mm diameter each
remove end muffler section of borla catback. I needed to cut one point of 4 link which supports the oem muffler tip assembly
detached end muffler and tip
first, I thought that there was some space to install short resonator ( or round muffler ). there's not enough space to weld it. So, I decided to make straight pipe
almost done
almost done
Black paint coated cause the car behind me can see the no muffler
Because of the sound of straight pipe is extremly too loud for my taste ..... I install sound tuning device which came with the tip. each tip's tuning device can be easily attached or detached with 2 screw
because of the tuning device I can definitly feel the power of low band rpm..( might loose higher rpm ) but the sound became much more carm . also the tone of exhaust sound was changed. ( comparison --> borla stock = 30 / borla no muffler = 150 / sound tuning device = 70 )
I ran with borla / K&N setup yesterday right after staight piping ( start 60kph to 260kph ) , there's no difference yet. at that time I didn't install the tuning device. I have to run again with the same borla / k&n setup to know how restrictive the tuning device is
I took the tip a little bit off the bumper, cause I'm going to install rear diffuser
This is what I'm going to install .. It's wald rep made in taiwan ( I guess ) .. It's cheap but it doesn't fit right in.. have to heat up a lot to bend it

sort of..
I got those tips ( only tips ) from exhausttuningparts.com
And I took those to the custom exhaust garage and the technician welded those before straight piping
I asked him use several clamp in order to adjust each tips angle or depth and whole piping's angle or depth
But, I had to took a risk that the tip could melt bumper little bit

Don't know much about it
I tried to find those diffuser or carbon style front lip which I list photo below but couldn't find my self..
Diffuser is maybe from jcsportline.com but not sure
The diffuser looks relatively great after I asked exterior shop to make the surface of this diffuser clean and paint it nice. Before paint it, little sucks..
The space between both muffler tip section of diffuser and actual that section of bumper is about 1 inch... this is because the diffuser is relatively flat. so the local shop guy who sell this told me that you must heat up the diffuser a lot until you can't touch it, then attach it on the bumper and press it hard to bend it.
The most important thing... is I got this almost 300 usd ( unpainted )

This is with silencer
This is without silencer
It's too loud
Couldn't show you how loud it is
Feels like thunder...even put on gas just little bit
But.. As you know
Couldn't describe sound with clips
Little more droning 2K rpm than borla stock. But didn't bother me
But if you drive F in daily, I recommand dont do it

LOL, I love how the vibrations from revving knocked the camera over in clip #1! That sounds so incredible, makes me what to try my Borla without the muffler. But wouldn't that basically be the same as just running the stock exhaust without a muffler? I guess the resonator might be a little different on the Borla.

Very nice, I like it without the silencers. These Borla's sound great with a muffler delete
I think you also have better piping with the Borla & you also lose the 2nd cats, so it would be much louder than a stock ISF with just the mufflers deleted
