That is something I have looked into as well however I want to install the diff on its own first to see. I havent felt any wheel hop last few times I launched the car hard but with the diff addition you never know.

Lol. I'm kind of doing this backwards. I should have these installed with the stock diff in a few weeks. FWIW I have noticed wheel hop a few times with the stock diff in cold weather. I will provide updates once I get them in.

Eagerly awaiting install results and opinions on the LSD. When watching the chatter on this LSD since last year; '15 might be the year I get myself one!

Why did you go with the carbon vs the super silent from ats. It seems more comparable to the os giken

^From how I've read it I see the silent LSD being a more mild locking LSD, while the carbon is that next step up.

So just got notice from USPS the diff should be here tomorrow, well actually today but for some reason the USPS driver decided not to come to my door and just put a sorry we missed you notice in my mail box.

I hate it when they are lazy!

The axle seals must be replaced, the bearings are not required if you have the proper low clearance carrier bearing removal tool. Its a caged needle bearing and just needs to be supported when removing. Cost for seals is around $35, you will also need a seal driver to re-install them.

what Mike said, I decided to just buy new bearings because if I ever sell my car and want to take this out its a decently quick change out.

Im waiting on my bearings and seals still however the C clips on the diff are giving me some troubles. Awaiting proper tools for removal at this stage now.
