Default Installed 245/275 Michelin Pilot Super Sports on my '12 F, hot dang!

Decided to spoil my beautiful girl on Valentines day with some new shoes.

Went down to American Tire Depot and got hooked up, 4 new Michelin Pilot SS, 245/35/19 front, 275/30/19 rear, TPMS rebuild kit, Road Hazard Warranty, 4 wheel alignment, tax and installed for $1245 OTD.

Only downside was I had to wait 3 hours since the tire delivery guy mixed up and only brought 1 front tire, he had to go back to the warehouse an pick up the other 3.

The upsizing fits amazingly well on the '12+ F wheels since they're wider than the previous years, there is no buldge. Just flush with the rim.

Driving impression, haven't gotten too crazy yet but boy are these much more quiet and comfortable than the OE RE050's, also these babies grip like crazy when flooring it from a stop. They just grip and you rocket off, no more spinning and traction control blinking. Loving them so far, also they track perfect on the freeway, maybe because of the alignment. Highly recommend this size.

Congrats on your new tire purchase! I am probably going to add these PSS on later when my stock bridestones give.

Are those 15mm spacers I see hiding behind the wheels?

Yup, I'm running H&R Trak+15mm all around without any issues whatsoever even with the upsize.

As far as the deal, they are offering $70 instant off any 4 Michelin tires now till beginning of March I think. The manager knocked $45 off my alignment because I had to wait 3 hours. After shopping around they were much cheaper than anyone else including Costco.

Got to love the super sports. I'll be picking up a set when I need new shoes.

I want to try to upsize again but I hate the feel of the wider tires on the narrower earlier wheel sizes.

The 275's in the back create a slight fender gap now since the overall diameter is a tad shorter than stock. Other than that, it's a great tire combo.

Nice choice!

Got the same sized MPSS on my new Wedsports.

Haven't had a chance to test them much yet (waiting for my hub spacers/spigot rings), but love how they fill the arches.

I'm guessing the facelift alloys are similar sizes to my SA67R's? 9 front 10 rear?

Looks great.
