Thanks James for the inspirational video. I have one of your anti roll bars in my garage waiting to be installed. Wish I had a 4 post lift.

Thanks for watching Dennis! It's not a terrible install on the ground. The key is getting the back end high enough to drop one side of the bar down to get over the exhaust. Worst case if you can't get enough height in the rear you can drop the back section of the exhaust. Then it isn't a big deal. Don't forget to use jack stands!

I believe the benefit of the front sway bar is debatable. What are other F owner's input regarding the front sway?

After installing the front bar (setting in the middle), the front end stiffened up. Turn in felt tighter and pushing up to the limit, it felt understeer was slightly promoted. Actually hitting the limit, the car oversteers (I have rr racing penskes 18k/16k, r compounds, usrs, f/r sways).

Yeah we can try to get that done at some point but it's really much easier than it might seem. I'll break it down real quick so let me know if you have any questions or need more detail on any aspect.

-After bar is installed you can basically install one side of the end link assembly and tighten down.
-Install the other side of the end link assembly in the control arm and tighten down but don't put the end link through the sway bar holes yet.
-Set the car on the ground at normal ride height.
-Take the side that you did not install yet and turn the turn buckle in our out till the bolt on the end of the end link assembly goes into the bar freely and does not pull down or push up on the sway bar.
-Tighten that nut on the top portion of the end link and your done! Zero pre load.

Pretty basic but let us know if you have any questions, happy to help!
