With that said, frame damage can, as you said, mean the frame has been scratched up or may simply have been an oversight input somewhere along the lines of reporting a claim to an insurance company.
The lexus team at Hendrick confirmed there is no damage to the frame nor suspension parts and also confirmed there has been no bodywork done on the unit, which satisfies my concerns.

Carfax and Autocheck are simply data collection companies that display collected data in a consumer friendly format. They are not always accurate.

Sorry for the delay, I wanted to detail the car before posting pics.
The car came from a Maserati/Ferrari/Aston Martin/Porsche dealership so the photos on their website were very well done, I got lucky and worked with the dealership post purchase to get a USB drive with those photos.
