Did a lot of searching on the forums and google but could not come up with an answer.

So I know 28mm is the minimum for the brembo front rotors and I measured my front rotors with a micrometer and I got 29.15 - 29.35 mm since measured in various spots around the rotor. That being said the rotors are still good for me to just slap another set of front pads. (which I have done on my other lexus')

But since the original Jurid pads left these pads awful grooves would I still be okay to put a fresh set of pads? I rather NOT..... turn the rotors but if I have to I'll buy a new set of rotors. What I don't want to happen is squealing and steering vibration. The new pad are Porterfield R4-S which I'm sure are not as harsh of a compound as the jurids.

The grooves don't hurt anything except your visual appeal. I've never been able to run a set of rotors to minimum thickness because they crack beyond limits with three track weekends at CMP. However, the grooves have not made any issues at all with pad wear or stopping power.

Yeup.. "Channel Grooves"... 100% normal for quality drilled rotors

The OEM High Friction pads help speed up the process.
