I received the letter too - hope to choose a "good" dealership ...
So far mine has done every job incorrect:
Fit & Finish is horrible ... management puts too much pressure on the mechanics so they rush! - or maybe they simply are terrible - Must do everything myself!

Took the F in for the fan screws today. Got an RX350 loaner; comfy but meh.
Turns out I'm one of the lucky ones who's recall parts are actually broken. Get to keep the RX for the week as they have to order more parts now. Double meh
