Default Factory Lexus Car Cover any good?

Anyone own the factory Lexus car cover? How's the fit and quality of the material?

I purchased
this this
one because it's supposedly identical to the one Lexus uses at half the price.

I'm completely satisfied with it and the fit is perfect. It's made of non-abrasive material, covers the exhaust, and has pockets for the mirrors & shark fin.

Thanks. That's an option. I found the factory cover for $230 so still some savings over that.

Do you need it to be waterproof? If so, I can sell you mine. It's a Noah custom-fit cover. IMO, I don't see a point in covering the car if it's already garaged.

I'm starting to agree with this as well. Particularly since I only like to cover a car if it's completely clean. For example, if there's a nice, salt free day here in Chicago in January (HA!) whilst it's being stored and I take it out, it won't be spotless when I return it under the cover without a quick spray-clean.

Plus, if the garage has traffic, sometimes a cover provides the illusion it's immortal / invisible which invites dings.

Unfortunately, my car has to stay outdoors when it home. I already have a cheap waterproof cover that I plan to use (over the indoor cover) in the two weeks a year it rains in SoCal so I'm looking at getting a nicer form fitting one for everyday use. I've used the other indoor ones on other cars I park outside. With the SoCal weather, they work well for me.

yeah, the Lexus cover is perfect. The bag is attached to it, which is convenient. And when you cover it, you put the bag portion in the trunk, so it prevents the cover from being easily taken.
