Threatened to call Lexus corporate about the fan parts situation. Just received an email from my SA that the parts are scheduled to arrive the 1st (2nd really cause of the holiday). We'll see if he's pulling my chain or not....to be continued.

I checked my VIN on the Toyota recall website, as well as the Lexus Canada website, and there is no cooling fan recall or TSB listed for my car... Anyone else getting shafted ?

Well I'll be....SA emailed me this morning that the parts arrived. Just got the call that it's all fixed up and ready to roll. Picking it up tonight after work!

Dropped my IS-F off early last Monday for cooling fan recall. Dealer gave me IS350, (quick but no where near an F), loaner and said I would have the car back later that same day. Received a call back from SA stating that the cooling fan had caused damage to the radiator as a result of the fan separation. Outcome was new radiator and bled the cooling system at no charge due to the recalled part causing the damage. Thanks Lexus!

I get my F for cooling recall done yesterday. I had Rx 350 because my wife she wants to drive a 2015 model and i got a full tank of gas at Lexus dealer of Rockford.

I just went to the dealer on the Jan 2 for the fan recall. They did it that same day and I was told that the top of my radiator is leaking. Not sure if the fan caused it but will let the advisor or lexus corp know of this. they wanted 1k to fix it. I will probably wait until a response but if I don't get it I will probably perform the fix myself.

Dropped off my car this morning to get the fan recall done. I asked my service adviser if he can program my key fob to row down my windows for me and got the yea no problem got an ES350 with full tank and an EZTAG to go through the tolls.
