In short, it can and has been done numerous times. The newer LED headlights are all possibly prone to bubbling. There's just no way around it. The biggest detractor is the inability to use the AFS function. Some might not find it a big deal, and if you can get a great deal on a set, I'd say jump on it.

As far as pricing, that is determined whether or not it's loaded with all bulbs (some are sold stripped) and factoring shipping costs to PR. It'd be ideal to have them loaded just so that you won't have to get additional parts, but if not, it shouldn't be a deal breaker.
