Do the high beams still work with these?

No, but from what I've read. you won't have the low-high function. They will just be on.

OK. I was hoping they'd be plenty bright. I'd like to put them in my Supra and replace the halogens. Every time I drive the Supra I miss the HIDs in the F.

Inadequate light output is correct. When high beam is on, they will be at maximum light output (which is not too bad, but still underwhelming).
Without decoders, as DRLs, they will not be at maximum light output and may flicker.
I don't have decoders on mine and they're fine and dandy for my tastes

Has anyone found a LED bulb which allows you to have hi beam feature still?
