i actually think its a better look for the sides to be black and middle to be cf than all of it cf. this company has pretty good taste IMO.

here my friend Kbtoiz ISF with the lip just after we installed it last week
fitment wasn't perfect but we made it work!!

no it won't. The three piece lip is bigger and slips into one another.
