Screw it, just ordered up the Borla. I have no patience lol. I'll hold on to the rest for now, tires might be a better investment than springs at this point.

Performance-wise, headers, exhaust, and intake are all that's available for the time being in terms of bolt-ons. Two-piece rotors and lighter wheels can also help with speed.
Aestheics range from carbon fiber parts to LEDs to front lips and rear diffusors. I would first check out as many build threads as possible, as many parts are showcased to uniquely identify one's F from another.
With a $1500 limit for right now, my best advice would be to go with coilovers. I have driven F's that had just springs, and while it does produce the drop the owners' have been looking for, ride quality simply isn't an upgrade to the jarring stock suspension. BC Racing with the upgrade Swift springs are what I would recommend.
But to better understand the car, just take it out for more track time. You might not be driving a track-purpose vehicle, but this way you can understand the extreme limits of the car. Sometimes, owners purchase car parts thinking they automatically improve the car, when in fact it does the opposite. Others might not care about tracking the car and for spirited runs/daily drivers, they just want to add some nice carbon fiber parts or make it look really sexy inside and out. It just depends on what you want to do with the car and your plans for it in the future.
Best of luck!

The ISF is very expensive to modify especially for me cos i have to import everything and the shipping is generally the same price of the item, so i pay double.
I started with CF pieces but if i had to do it again, I would start with the exhaust. it really changes the demeanour of the car from silent to violent

I've been lurking for a couple of months on here, so I kind of have an idea of what all I "want" to do... this post was mainly to see how you guys would stretch your first little chunk of change. I'd actually love to get in some track time, though I'm not building this thing to race by any means. It'd just be fun to push it to its limits in a somewhat safe/legal place.

To follow up on my previous post about not having any luck finding used Borla setups... I JUST now discovered the glorious classified section on here lol. Yeah, I'm an idiot. Guess I'll know where to shop first next time.
Sincerely,
Newb.
