245/40/19 square setup ~ tire rotation? balanced handling?
I have two sets or oem wheels. I'm thinking about changing one set to 245/40/19 square set up so the tires can be rotated.
I know there will be less traction in the rear, but would this affect handling a lot. I'm thinking that it might help with understeer (I don't drive at the limit too much) and would also allow me to rotate my tires. contact patch decreases about 4% in the rear, while the front increases by about 9%.
It's my daily driver when 8 months out of the year and I drive in a spirited fashion maybe 40% of the time, the other times I"m just getting from point a to b.
Any critical feedback greatly appreciated in advance

1. The stock 19x9+55 rear wheels dont fit on the front without the use of spacers. Not sure if the front 19x8+45 wheels fit on the rear, I've never tested it that way around.
2. Why wouldn't you just stick to the OEM 255/35R19 size?
