Theres a huge difference from here and Japan... alot more track driven ISFs in Japan. Alot more static/show ISFs in the states. Not knocking anyone but It will be refreshing to see Fs actually tracked versus at shows/static once I moved back to Japan in December.

I don't think a GT-style wing looks horrible, but I do feel you better have the fastest car on the street to be able to pull it off, or solely track the car.

I enjoy the fact that the ISF doesn't stand out to the average person and doesn't particularly draw the attention of law enforcement. The ISF is a classy and elegant sports sedan with dual personalities. I think the big GT wings just say "Hey look at me and my fast car." It also seems to give the impression that a young person owns the car and the majority of people don't know what an ISF is so they won't get the reason why someone would put a big overstated wing on a Lexus sedan. I myself have never been a fan of those GT style wings for street cars and I just think they draw the wrong type of attention. They surely command the attention of anyone within eyeshot of the car. I also think they are a played out and outdated styling cue that have been absorbed by the people that have no direction with there car and just want to slap something cool on (I.E. Honda civic with a half primed body, a body kit that was installed 3 years ago but never painted, some stick on fender vents, cut springs and steel wheels). I'm actually surprised they haven't made there way in to the tuner isle at auto zone yet. Actually I may remember seeing one by Pilot Motorsports in Advance Auto parts?
That being said everyone is free to do what they want with there own property and beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

FYI....

There is a smaller wing now available from SARD that will fit the IS series cars.

SARD LSR Carbon Wing

http://www.rhdjapan.com/sard-lsr-car...350-is250.html

It is a drilless wing with a much smaller profile.......and can be removed as it simply clips onto the trunk edges.

I like this one a lot, as it is low and sleek and does not make the car look like a shopping cart.

Looks really good. I wish they had a profile shot of the wing on, instead of the overhead shots. Kind of hard to tell how it sits.

Thanks I was about to get the Seibon but this looks way better! I was trying to find a low sleek wing the last month and I could not find one for some reason. This is perfect! Do you know if they ship in the US or there is any shops here in the US that sells that wing? Thanks again

They are not cheap, and a friend of mine got one for his FRS direct from Japan, as there were no suppliers in North America at that time.
