Is it an actual tune or a reflash off the shelf map. Anything over $1500 is way to much for an ots map imo.

My understanding is that it is a more aggressive map with a few extras such as quicker throttle response, increased rev limit, and removed speed limiter.

Until Novel releases more info we don't know much else as far as pricing and the the process of actually purchasing and "installing" the tune. Hopefully we aren't waiting forever again for this to actually become available LOL

Also, keep in mind, speculation, especially regarding price, always leads to these threads getting shut down. Just know it'll be more than you want to pay. This is from the company that sells $5000 headers, and $7000 exhaust and coilovers.

honestly why even try to **** around with a tune?

put 3500 towards a quality 100 shot install and bam +100hp +150tq. what else could you want?

Because a well developed tune is safer, lasts longer, is through the entire RPM range, gives you additional benefits, and costs less in the end... Shall I continue?

Call me a ricer but back in my street racing days (15 years ago), anybody who used nitrous was considered a cheater.

I guess that mentality stuck till this day..

I had a 70 shot, 10 lb bottle hidden in a dual 12" bandpass sub box. You could imagine my horror when people saw it and told me to bump my system...all that came out was highs..lol.

Never again...

hmm fair enough. but no where near the gains, plus i thought with nitrous you can set the rpm window. and wet systems are also very safe if done right, seems like some people been running them for multiple years on here with no issues even at 150+ shot. and you could run a lot less and still get substantial increases.

although i will concede fiddling with the switches kinda a bummer and bottle is probably annoying to have to replace, but still the gains man. but i get what you mean. just seems so expensive comparatively for what you get.
