If so , what if i do this tune on fully bolt on car ( current 400whp ) what do i get out of it ?
From what I understand it is a rewrite of most mapping parameters. Since it would have more aggressive parameters, it would adjust to mods in a more aggressive manor and make more power...so the expectation with this tune is you would gain at least 30whp if you have full bolt-ons, have quicker throttle response than we currently have in sport mode, no governed top speed, and a higher redline.

We will have to wait and see the final posted results though.

Just so I'm in clear understanding here, do we now have 2 tuning options? This one, and the SARD one that came out a couple of months ago?

I assume it is simply a more aggressive tune. No options specific to any particular mods and no swapping between maps.
I have been running a SARD CUVU Evolution tune in my car for a few months now. There have been ISFs tuned on piggyback systems in the past but my SARD tune marked the first U.S. spec ISF with an OEM ECU reflash.

In respone to the question from Melbitoast: The SARD CUVU Evoloution is in it's final testing phase and numbers will be out soon. Once this happens the production version will be released.

So the Novels website says 200,000 yen for the ISF tune, http://www.novel-japan.jp/other/index.html which is about $1800-1900USD. Can that be true for the US market? If so, that is only a little bit more than what a tune would cost for a C63 or V10 M5.

+1, can't wait to see the gains on a I/H/E ISF.

Yep, I'm in for a groupbuy if it's around 1800 or less. We can probably get at least 10 people. I would love better throttle respond than stock.

LMFAO...we started at $1800, up to $3000 and now at $15000.

I heard they want us to ship the whole car to them and they send you back only the computer but the tune gives you 100,000 HP.

lol 15k?? I'm dying at 3k already. At 2k, I'm pretty comfortable with.

I've tuned a few cars successfully so I know that it only takes one bad section in the spread to pop a motor. Imagine calling Japan and asking someone to pay for your motor in America because the tune you spent 3k on had a simple but expensive flaw.

And that's if you don't damage the head. ...

so would you still have to pay to have the tune installed on top of the $2-3K?
