Default takeda intake help

I just installed my takeda intake to my IS F. Are the two pipes supposed to be loose? (th ones leading to the engine). It isn't loose on the stock intake. Is this a problem? and what should i do?

Yes. I had the same issue. I was recommended to buy new adjustable hose fittings. The ratchet style clamps that you have on the intake itseflf
