Apparently, they're not discontinued just yet. Got this in my email.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us regarding the ISS Forged QES exhaust. We are producing our final batch of this exhaust, after these are sold out we will be discontinuing them.

We build one for you at $2900 plus shipping. I have attached our electronic CC Form. To get started download this form onto your computer and re-open it to fill out. Once this is filled out save it to your compute and send it back. We require a $2000 down payment.

Might as well get Meisterschaft or HKS and a custom midpipe. Crazy price for what I think that they are just mangaflow mufflers and pipings

For that kind of money you could get the PPE system with the valves and switch for 2 different tones and thats still cheaper.
