ISF as a Daily

I have I/H/E with 305s and I average 26.7 MPG on the highway if I drive nice. I only put about 1k miles a year on my car but I can see it as being a great daily driver. It's an IS with a powerful NA V8 so the motor and trans have a lot less work to do under normal driving conditions than and ISx50.
It really comes down to how often you drive the car hard and style of driving hard at that point. I drive my car hard but smooth and feel that I stay within it's intended use. I don't consider my driving style to beat on the car and don't think I am taking away from the dependability.
Burnouts, hard launches, wheel hop, beating the suspension over harsh roads and high trans temps would be thinks that I would see as being hard on the car.

I'm at 95% city and getting 13 - 13.7 mpg avg per tank.. How did it drop below the advertised mpg? I mainly keep it in auto (non-sport) and drive slow, because my car doesn't even warm up until I get to my destination..
If I reset on a 95% freeway trip, 21mpg. I have a Takeda intake.. I saw someone say their MPG got worse with it.

I think my budgets gonna be 45,000... Cash, so I want to get the newest I can for that amount! Probably a 2011... I gotta get rid of a couple toys first, that's why I'm waiting till the spring! I've been thinking about trading the IS250 in for a Toyota Tacoma and get the F in the spring but I'm finding it hard to let go, lol!!!!

I use mine as a 3 season DD (have an AWD Saab for the winter) and absolutely love it.
I've also driven it across the country to the West (CA/NV/CO/UT) 3 times and to the East Coast Mega Meet (DE) without any issues. I was never fatigued even after multiple 14-15 hour days of driving. I do week long drives with prototypes/new models as part of my job and can honestly say my '12 ISF is the most comfortable road trip vehicle I've ever been in. I can't vouch for the older F's that have the stiffer suspension though.
