Its really the ultimate DD imho. Its fast, fun, reliable, luxurious, and can even be a weekend track toy every now and then. If you dont need more room its one hell of a car

^-----Agreed. I do about 300 miles a week, 80% highway driving & average 21.8mpg. One tip though, get a clear bra for the front!

I daily mine, 85k on it now.
+1 on the clear bra, it attracts more bugs and rock chips than any other car I've ever had

That aint no joke, mine is ridiculous on the front chips. thats why i have contemplated plasti-dipping the whole car. i have had mine around 4 months now and have put a little over 10k miles on it. for a performance car it is a great DD too, i love how smooth it is and the great build quality. other that the excessive rock/bug chips my only other complaint is that there is no camber adjustment on the rear an i have noticed excessive inner tire wear in the rear, but my "spirited" driving doesnt help either.

Lol.. "Spirited Driving".. Lol, That's Awesome!!!

Thanks for all the responses guys... My thought is " I thought a lot of people didn't daily drive with the F because they wanted to keep it mint!" I'm surprised to hear that so many of you guys use your F as a daily driver!

Lol, maybe a Ferrari Scuderia or a McLaren 12C but an IS-F? It's meant to be enjoyed on a daily basis. Every time I get in and start it up my day gets better.

Actually, I'm definitely going to grab another one next year, probably a sub-10k mileage '12-'14, would be nice to try a late model minter

I daily mine, no issues at all. I had a 911 weekender and a G35 sedan for M-F, figured I could get the F and combine them both, so I did. Honestly haven't missed either. Love the performance, but it's still high end enough that you can take it anywhere.

Def possible as a DD but I prefer not to in the winter months especially when I already have another car. You can slap winter tires on and drive in moderate snowfall but that's cringe-worthy especially having all the salt hit the car.

If thousands can DD M3s and S4s, there's no reason you couldn't DD an IS-F with no issues.
