Nice, I am more so looking forward to the new IS line up over the GS being I like smaller sport sedans over mid size/full size cars.

This idea has been floating around for a while hopefully we do get to see the ISF once again. Maybe more power perhaps 450-480

RC F has booked in its HP.

The RC F’s 5.0-liter engine makes a robust 467 hp and 389 lb-ft. Aside from the output advantage over the RC 350, the RC F benefits from greater chassis stiffness, large-diameter Brembo brakes with six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers, and a standard Torsen or optional torque-vectoring rear differential with three driving modes: standard, slalom, and track..

Current IS engine bay isn't large enough to fit the V8 in there. That's why the RCF has the GS front from firewall forward, cabin of IS conv, and rear of the 3rd gen IS.

They would probably make revisions to the current body to fit it though. The 5.0 2UR cannot fit in the ISx50 bay either. The current IS-F is a few inches wider than other 2nd gen ISX50's with a revised engine bay

I don't recall anything about wider or revised engine bay in the ISF vs the 2nd ISx50. the ISF got 10mm wider fenders than the isX50. 2UR fits fine inside the 2nd gen ISx50. At least one did the swap and got everything to fit inside. People that did the ISF conversion to their isX50 did it with ISF fenders and front end with new radiator support and wheel well plastic

That pic of the 'new ISF' is really old.... Pretty sure that is not the new car. Unless you just posted it because it does look good.

^^^^The pic is not supposed to be accurate. It's just an old concept of what a new ISF COULD look like. What I was posting was the content of the article which, btw, is current.

There is nothing exciting enough about the new RCF and ISF to make me drop my '13 ISF...

The new interior is beautiful, and I thought the exterior of the RCF was deadly as well until I saw a few of the new angles popping up on instagram.

Next whip for me is 911, R8 or GTR...

i don't see why the New IS-F won't have the same body and lines as the new IS 250/350 etc... except for the fenders and quad exhaust
