Forgive my ignorance, but when you add headers/intake/exhaust on a ISF does it need to be tuned? How are the I/H/E going to effect the reliability of the car? I come from the Subaru world (own a 2011 WRX), and after we add an intake or downpipe it needs to be tuned. I really want to step into the IS-F world soon.

No need for a tune, reliability is not an issue.

There is no tune available. It would benefit from one, but at this time, it is not possible. It is unlikely to be possible any time soon as well. Many have tried, all have failed.
