Ok, seriously. The Wicked CAS mounts on the left, the Audio Integration on the right. Are there any advantages to use a specific side?

Better weight distribution to go with the box on the passenger side and you can still utilize the driver side storage bin.

I think the Wicked CAS enclosures look ugly and they take away from the cargo net hooks

I'm not sure about the ugliness, but the right side location makes sense Thanks for the input.

Well done. I went down to my local audio store as they did both our cars - my wifes former car witht he Focals 165's and my JL Audio. The latter I havent been impressed with at all. Anyhow, took the IS350C down there and the only set up we could see was something similar to yours. I'm glad I got to see yours as my imagination got to see a finished product. The only difference and exception to using JL again(Theyseem to do subs very well) was their shallow mount sub such as
10Tw3-D4: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_13610TW...9285625&awdv=c
Helix Esprit E12W
AlpineType R SWRT-12
and so forth. But seeing your set up I see that I don't have to limit myself to just shallow subs. Hmm. All i want is enough bass to fill in the music and comliment it. Thanks for the link to the custom made sub boxes.

If you do want to stick with shallow mount, Sound Integrity BM MKIV is actually the best ever shallow mount subwoofer made. Then second best will be the subwoofer I have - (the illusion audio c10 10" is shallow as well).

You don't have to necessarily stick with premade fabricated boxed, I'm sure any local shop would be able to fabricate you a box best made for the needs of the sub you choose.

Here are some Lexus examples build by Simplicity in Sound:

hey that boy, did you ever try to tap into the specific subwoofer wires (as opposed to the front sub tap)?

i'm curious if your touchscreen eq still works properly?

also, why did you choose your sub over the stereointegrity?

btw, your install looks amazing, i'm sure it sounds awesome too, so jelly!

I have not tried to tap to the subwoofer channels yet, I do plan in doing so - might even sum it to get a bit of a lower frequency output added from the subwoofer channel

I went with illusion audio because of my box specs were perfect for this sub (1.35cu ft.), the hype, carbon fiber on the sub, unique design, and most importantly so it can be paired with the same manufacture branding amp - Mosconi

SI BM only needs .5-.6 cubic ft, so my enclosure would be too big for it.

The eq still works normal, but I always keep everything flat - so not too worried about any of that anyways

Thank you for the links of the excellent installs. Very nice. I've never heard of BM MK IV's. Learned something new today. Those look exactly what I was looking for.
Wonder what amp they would pair well with?

Just depends on your budget, many good amps that can power it... just get a nice a/b class amp which can do around 400-500 wrms

Arc Audio, Mosconi, and Zapco would be my suggestions

Ah, Zapco, now your jogging my memories along with McIntosh amps. Wow I wanted those SO badly when they came out. Thanks I'll look into it. You know, these cars are a mixed blessing. On the one hand they offer excellent sound from the get go so you really don't need to upgrade thus saving money. On the other hand there's this itch to do something. Thank goodness it's "minimal" My wife already KNOWS what's brewing in my head without even looking at all my post.

Thanks for the link! Your set-up looks awesome!! This is exactly what I would be looking to do with adding a sub to the ML system if that's the route I choose to go. I'll probably use this as a reference point to show the shop what I want to do and have in mind.
