this is good info as I am also in the market searching...
for those of you that own ISF - did you consider an IS350 F Sport?
What swayed your purchase?
Is the 3G IS350 F even worth looking at?

I would be very careful of mods done on a car. While intake and exhaust mods are fairly harmless, tinkering with the suspension, putting on non-standard tires/wheels, adding nitrous, or messing with the ECU would be a deal breaker for me.

How is it that people can get online and join a forum but can't figure out how to type in Cars.com and search for IS-F? Seems like the first place I would search and I'm sure they have the same or similar website in Canada.

Sorry for the delay, the 12 suspension was softer and made for a more comfy ride...other than that nothing major I pretty much got used to it already so its hard to really tell you at this point. I forgot who it was that said for what i spent in '12 parts I could have bought a newer ISF...well yes and no. I bought my 08 with around 20 something thousand miles on it over two years ago for $35k. The '12 parts were purchased pretty inexpensively from people that traded in or upgraded over time. I don't track my car so the LSD did not matter to me, I just wanted an ISF with low miles that was still under warranty and had not been modified. Thats how I made my decision. To each his own.
