I am also curious, any update..... If not, you can always move south of I80. They don't test down here.

well after all that I have tried the O2 sensors (2) are still reading no ready. In Illinois if you have more than one sensor with this reading you don't pass. thus I have now have to put back on the OEM manifolds. no bueno!

Damn!

Sorry to hear this mate.

Did you replace the O2 sensors as well? Know you mentioned that you would before reverting to stock headers.

I'd be inclined to ask Sikky to loan you some new O2 conditioners as well. No harm in trying them??

Hang in there mate.

Did the law change or something? I had mine checked last year and I passed with the same "not" ready. I guess I'll find out next winter if I pass or not. If not, I guess I'll be selling my PPE. Oh well. The raw fuel smell is getting to me anyways.

I did send back the module to sikky and they said it works fine. I hooked it back up along with two new O2 sensor's and still read "not ready" on two sensor's. Toothdoc, not sure if this was new this year but I couldn't afford to take the chance and fail the third attempt. oh well, I might just put them back on until I sell the car in the next year or two before I have to retest in two years.

Yes, I know... but at this point, why even go high flow cats and lose 1/2 the gain of headers? I might as well go back to stock and not worry every again about CEL and emissions and even possibly selling it. I've had it almost 7 years now... which is 4 years longer than I've ever owned any other car LOL

^^^^You don't lose half the gain. Graph attached shows this. Blue is my F with PPE Headers, Hi-Flows and PPE exhaust. Red is friend's F with PPE Headers, no cats, and JoeZ.

Some members have solved this by installing the PPE O2 conditioner. It should pass the readiness test. Not sure why the Sikky sim does not in some cases.
