Default Re-Pinning MY 2011-13 Head Lights LED

The reason for this post is because there's been alot of questions about HOW TO RE-PIN to make them work on your NON LED MY's.

Just like myself, I have been wondering this for a couple of months now. And since I recently got my newer headlights, I was wondering if anyone had a tutorial on HOW TO Actually remove the pin from the housing?

Please note this is not a thread on what wires make the LED turn on ect... we have covered that in other threads already.

This thread can help lot's of Folks do this on their own.

Any special tools??

Thanks Guys in advance!!

I used a dental metal pick from 99 cent store. Works way better than anything I have tried

Remember to remove that white plastic pin holder thing inside the plug before starting, it pulls straight out easily with your fingers or a pair of pliers. I used a small eyeglass tool for the actual repinning and it worked perfectly.

You just have to touch the tiny tabs on the pins with the tool and wriggle the wire slightly to get it out.

For those that might want to or try this, i will post pictures of how to remove it, since I have my headlights off the car.
