Default Fuel economy, I'm getting poor mpg and I'm not even driving hard

I'm doing about 60 percent city and 40 percent freeway. i'm trying not to drive too aggressive to see what mpg or liters per 100 km I can get. The numbers are not impressive.

I'm getting (19.6MPG) OR 12 liters / 100 km driving 100km/hr on the freeway - zero aggression

I'm getting (11.76MPG) OR 20 liters / 100 km driving in the city - mild aggression

I'm gettting (13.44MPG) OR 17-18 liters / 100 km driving mixed city and freeway (60/40 split) - mild aggression

I'm not getting anything close to the mpg or liters / 100 km I'm reading from others on this forum.

Any advice on maybe my isf is using so much gas. Only have about 20,000 miles / 33,000 km on the odometer.

any chance my injectors need cleaning? i only use 93 octane fuel

tire pressure is okay

19.60 mpg hwy with "zero aggression".
11.76 mpg city "mild aggression"
13.06-13.83 mph city/hwy with "mild aggression"
186.41 miles per tank

Mine is 17-18 mpg mix 50/50 city/hwy "mild aggression". The worst I have ever gotten is 15 mpg beating the hell out of it.

my weekly average is like 15.4, highway/street combined. that's using manual mode, sport. also, blasting the AC. my driving style is fairly "spirited."

highway, i'll get 23 mpg, doing 75 to 85 avg, in auto mode.

Overall, I average about 19-20.

When I'm cruising on a road trip I'll get 24-25.

When I'm in a hurry, pissed off, hung over or just driving like a maniac I'll get around 13-14.

I average 23.1 mpg. I'm either going 80 mph or stuck in traffic on the hell hole known as the Palmetto (look it up, horrible highway). Car is 100% stock, using 93 octane. I also have no issue giving her full throttle for no real reason, other than enjoying than the acceleration.

Are you smooth with the throttle? If you are 'stabby' with the throttle, as in you give jabs of throttle to keep a steady speed, you mileage will drop significantly.

after I changed tires and added I/H/E.. my MPG was never the same.

While cruising I'm getting around 20-22mpg on freeway. If I'm doing mostly street then its around 13-15mpg.

Just keep the maintenance of your car on time and don't use cheap oil.

a good piggy back system helps as well... but that's a whole different level which I will not get into.

mpg dropped due to the I/H/E or due to more aggressive driving after IHE?
