My 16 Cylinders of Fun
Hello everyone.
I am a proud new owner of a 2009 Lexus ISF. My Pontiac G8 GT was totaled last monday after the individual behind me stated his brakes failed. Rear ended my car and pushed it into the tow hook of a pickup in front of me. Wife said get something that will make you happy - BOOM ISF.
Here are a few photos of previous cars and my two current vehicles - 06 4Runner V8 & 09 ISF V8 = my 16 cylinders of fun.

Summer mods will most likely be:
1. Clear bra - for the front end, hood, fender area behind front wheels and side mirrors
2. Joe Z Exhaust - been through countless threads and decided on the Joe Z exhaust. This is my daily driver, so will be putting tons of miles on it.
3. S4Play Diffuser - just like the design and overall clean look.

Sweet! Looks gorgeous.
Glad you're all right from the accident. That's the kinda thing that causes back/neck issues indefinitely.
But......I was kinda hoping you had invented some sort of W12 for the F

The isf is a more elegantly designed monster. No one really hears you coming until you hit about 4k on the rpms (at least mines since its still stock). I'm still blown away and how well this car corners. When I'm driving it definitely feels like a big upgrade (which it should since its almost twice the price of what I paid for my g8). Drove around town last night in sport mode, this thing goes!!!
It's my daily driver so it's going to be doing about 15-20k miles a year.
I definitely need to make it a little louder. It has an intake already so now looking into the Joe Z exhaust. Can't really do headers being in the wonderfully **** state of California. I can get away with the exhaust and intake though

When the guy in front of me stopped and I stopped I looked in my rear view mirror and saw him coming and didn't see him braking at all. Just held my steering wheel and braced for impact. I honestly think since the car is so huge it took the bulk of the impact. If I was in a Kia Rio or something it would have been a lot worse. The guy didn't even have insurance. It was expired since Fevruary and the wonderful local police didn't even give him a citation. It was a frustrating day.
