I hung out a few days ago with my friends F10 M5 fully loaded on P-Zero tires.. sad to say his car would decimate ours in every way. Speed from any gear, fun factor and cornering. Its a huge power improvement over the last M5 (he also had a E60 M5 that was traded in for the F10 M5). I drove it around the block and theres no comparison..

We did go at it on the freeway but nothing official and of course, his car just jumped on mine with full intake headers and exhaust.. and just kept pulling away.

Great car, very expensive but very nice as well.

Yeah...it runs around 4.1-4.2...try it again. On the track, the F wins.

Why this thread doesn't show in the forum?
Anyways I lost by a car length, but I am a better driver and launched much better. It was violent when its turbos engaged. I just want F to be more tunable.
Aargh

Welcome to CL, bro.

One of my best friends, who owns a C63 AMG, and I finally got to race Friday night. He's stock while I'm FBO. We went from a dig and a roll, and we were dead even every time. We ran 4 times. The only thing I think would help me is the proper intake setup (Joe-Z w/ stock box) and less gas (I had just filled up earlier that day).

Expected result running against an M6GC...I had an E60 M5 in the past and still feel like that car could pull on the ISF at higher speeds. With all that torque in the F10 M5 and M6, it should be able to beat our cars soundly.

On a side note, I ran a Jaguar S-type R the other day on the highway and beat it pretty soundly, and those cars put out about the same amount of power as the ISF.

^^^ You meant F-Type, right? And the "S" version, not the "R". An F-Type R is rated at 550 HP.

You are out of your league man ~ M6GT is on par with a Audi RS7 and Panamera. Double your price tag

Speaking of which I was at Audi dealer getting one of my car's serviced and ran into one ~ super sexy car and with a basic chip/tune it's over 600+hp easy....too bad the price tag is nearly $130k+ which puts it as the most expensive right next to the M6GT. As for depreciation, we know BMW's will drop but I don't see this car in the 50's in 3 years, if that was true I'd be in line to buy one for sure but more like $70-80k. The RS7 is more rare and won't drop anywhere near $80k anytime soon sadly. It's the best car in terms of headroom, folding rear seats and overall size except it seats only 4.

here's the beast:

True, this was during a time when Ford owned Jaguar, but that engine is an Eaton supercharged 4.2L v8 making 400hp/400tq. Although it's bland to look at, it's got some punch.
