Question Is this a fair price?

Very clean (also clean title no accidents) 08 USB with 35+k miles, front brake service, and relatively new PSS rubber all around, all for $37k even?

Thanks

This car is a much better buy at 41k. He has kept the car in really good condition

Lets say the question is from the seller's perspective.

The market dictates price. If it was a good price, it would have sold.

It is hard to sell a car when you have no flexibility, unless it is priced aggressively, or highly desirable.

decent but not great, a little high for a USB in my opinion, even at that mileage.

this is a solid deal at 35.5, even 36 if you are happy with the condition of it.

Reason I was asking is as of mid day today my F has been sold.

Sad to see it go, but it looks like it went to a great home.

can't believe it took so long to sell. I thought the price was average for the mileage and condition.

just go on cars.com and especially in my area or in FL for that matter you have Fs priced all over the place.

Did the 37000 include the warranty? If so that'd be a good price from the buyers perspective. $37000 without warranty is high IMO so it sounds like you as the seller got really good value out of it.
