My toms didn’t scrape when lowered on Swift’s, and our roads are probably like yours. They are terrible in the city, so bad I went to oem suspension and I’m going to taller tires before I ever go low again (if ever).
The Novel lip is functional, looks great but can easily be damaged on the streets, because it's so thin and protrudes farther out than most lips, and it runs far back underneath the bumper, so you need to be very careful. I found the most robust lip for the street to be the Toms (V1). It's built like a tank but it really doesn't compare to the real downforce the Novel lip provides at high speeds. I haven't had experience with the Toms V2 aero kit.
