Nice! It's weird, but with the right house, things seem to fall into place. Hope it works out for ya'!

Good deal. I always thought the seller covered closing costs anyway...

Not always depends on the contract and state laws. Their estimate was 2800 and asking around an old friend just had his driveway redone so he no longer needed blocks to get his z06in his driveway and only cost 1500. The area done on his is about. 3x more area then what I need fixed so I will be talking to his guy if they accept my offer now it's just a waiting game.

It's not a hump at the curb it's the driveway having a slight dip that's just too steep, made a offer but they have yet to respond. Not holding my breath so the search and stress go on.

Now that I'm on a PC and looked that might work but they still haven't responded to my offer and it expires at noon today. :-(

That pict brought up an old memory. About 8 or 9 years ago. I was driving in Tucson and came upon a moving van that was stuck because the crown of the road was shaped so that it caught the trailer in the middle and brought it to an abrupt halt. There they were unloading the van in the street. Apparently, when unloaded it got into the street just fine, but when they loaded it up, no more road clearance. It looked pretty funny at the time.

Mazel Tov! Now the fun of escrow begins (although it's worse on the selling side IMO)!

Congrats on the house....I just closed on mine 5/31...ask some buddies for boxes and label everything clearly when you pack! Also, line up 2 years of complete tax returns, 2 months of pay stubs, a homeowners' insurance policy....

Yeah after going through the mortgage application last night I was wondering when they would also ask for my first born lol. Going to my mortgage brokers in a few then the home inspection, exciting but also nerve racking.
