its not a tuning per say, its just the same reflashing the same code to all ECUs no matter what your mod is

Curious to see how well this sells at this price point.

Wonder how will the dealers look at the warranty issues when u bring your car for service, does it mean cars will be flagged like VW/Audis after ecu reflash (voiding warranty) or there will be no way for them to see the reflashed ecu program? Let's say if you get a cel for whatever reason and you need them to hook you up to their computer.

It will invalidate warranty for sure as any engine issue will be attributed to the map to avoid payment. Sceptical but that's my view.

They can't detect that it has been reflashed I confirmed this with Nigel. It also is good to run on 91 octane as well!

If you guys are curious as to what other platforms do a similar thing.. Check out "Hondata's reflash" for newer Hondas.

Completely undetectable as the ECU A/F maps configuration changed but nothing else has been touched.

But if you blow your motor then they can blame it on the tune if they do find out it has been tampered with.

Sounds appealing but the biggest concern would be getting a CEL later on and not being able to troubleshoot it for months since the person who flashed the ECU is overseas.

Isn't that what the purpose of sending the initial 4 ECUs to Japan is about? For the final phase of testing and to try to get rid of the potential CEL?

I had an ECU tune on my G35 and when the car blew an injector they could tell it was messed with. They still did the work under warranty because I played stupid....lol with a huge TECHNOSQUARE sticker under the hod

So this is only for American ISF's? No Canadian ISF's?
