It is now 99.99% confirm everything is good, but we would like to have 4 different model year to try out and make sure it is 100%.

The only thing that will happen is the light on your dash, e.g. VSC etc.
Each model year ECU have a different part number and there is minor changes in between all these ECU.
If any light goes on, we just need to know what light it is and we will adjust the setting for that model year then reflash it for you.
For the 4 persons who are willing to do the ECU first, if lights really goes on. We will take care of it and send the ECU back to Japan and make the changes.
(Until everything 100% work just like OEM and we will cover all shipping during the time for this 4 persons.) *

Basically, everything is ready.
The Tuning is done and the it is ready as soon as any of you guys are ready to send your ECU to Japan.
It is good to go.

Time Frame
3-5 Days from YOU (U.S.) to Japan (SARD)
3-5 Days from Japan (SARD) to YOU (U.S.)
2 Days for SARD Racing Japan
3 + 3 + 2 = 8 Days (Fastest time)

I would say 10-20 days just to be safe.

Thank you.

Nigel
You've always been very professional when talking with me and I am excited.

The only thing that will happen is the light on your dash, e.g. VSC etc.
I am tired and not good with jokes? ^^ This is because the car is faster? No CEL correct?

My 2010 ISF is no longer my daily car so 20 days isn't a problem for me.

I'll PM you.

No light should go on!
No CEL, No VSC, nothing should go on.
Everything in your car should work like stock, No christmas tree on your dash.

Also u can set up vendor for them, tuned ISx50 also They can make ton of money that way , oh and forgot to mention its all cash
Sure, we had already go over all the possible options in the past year since I started the first ECU thread.
I can guarantee you, the option we are offering right now is the cheapest for all of you guys.

If you guys want SARD Racing Japan to come, we will need 100 ISF to be there.
Then they will consider coming to the U.S.
We also have to pay for their flight tickets, 4 star hotel or above, food etc etc.
They will be coming as a team, not 1 person, around 3-5 persons.
We also need to find a place to get a dyno and get everything ready for them to tune your car.
(Most likely California, if you are not in Cali, you need to drive all the way to Cali.)
Beside all the extra fees to get them coming over to the U.S., you guys still have to pay for the basic tuning on the ECU.
(If you have pm us, you already have the price.)
They charge $1000 for 8 hours in Japan, 1 car will take around 3-4 hours for personal tuning.
If you guys can pay for that, I can get them to come over to the U.S.

No, they will NOT tune the ISX50.
They do not have the data from toyota and dense for the US Spec ISX50.
So they cannot tune anything beside US Spec ISF.
We only focus on the US Spec ISF ECU in this project.
If the ISF goes well, then we might consider RCF to be the next car.
If the ISF doesn't go well, SARD will never do it again.

If this does work out, what will be the process for getting flashed after this initial test? Still sending the ECU to SARD in Japan? Will there be flashed ECUs on hand (maybe a core charge system?) Or will there be someone in the US with the tools needed to do perform the flash?

No, no matter what you will need to send your ECU to SARD in Japan.
Your ECU have the immobilizer key system, and we are not dealing with that part.
The ECU tuning will cost even more if we need to deal with that.

The earlier the better if you wanna be the first 4 persons.
Otherwise, there is no deadline.
But we need the 4 persons before we can go on.
SARD Japan is a very conservative / old school company.
Things can't go wrong, because they are professional and always serious about what they are doing.
They are also Lexus Racing Team in Japan, if anything goes wrong, it hurts their repetition .

More than that on stock form.
We can only do JDM or USDM.
Your location shown United Kingdom, Not sure if you are in the U.K.

Any ball park figures? More than 20HP gain from map alone on a stock N/A car is impressive.

Will you be able to release what they are doing? Not technical code but increase AFR etc?

Really tempted to do this, but it's hard to pull the trigger without some performance graphs. I have a 2011.

Subscribed. Very interesting to know a tune may exist for the US ISFs. Wished I could participate in the test run.

I'm interested in this too but i have a question for you.
Right now my F totally is stock in 08 only with HPS elbow intake so If i get the ECU tune done first and afterthat i want to get an EL header installed. Do you think that way really work or I have to have header first before getting the ECU tuned?
Thanks
