I've decided my ML woofers might be blown, and that I bought it that way. I hear fluttering on songs with deep bass, it's just not right. Will my warranty cover these?

my warranty covered it... i told them i THINK one of my speakers are broken too since it goes in and out.... they replaced that too even though they couldnt really find the problem. lol

I called my dealer, Tri-County Lexus. The woofers are indeed under warranty, and they will give me a loaner while they look into it.

are you on extended factory warranty or standard warranty.??

This is standard warranty, I haven't invested in extended yet, just 26,000 miles.

They replaced my subwoofer in my 08 in the back deck under warranty.

I now keep it on +1 for bass only.

Wow! You went to Tri-County? That place is horrible. I wouldn't trust them with my car. Really bad dealership. Manipulative sales team and horrible service team. Do they still have that steep slope by their entrance? GL with the replacement, hope they don't screw it up.

Lexus of Route 10 bro. Just some things they did for me: replaced nav for free even though i was few months out of warranty as good will repair. Nav took longer than I was told, so they threw in a free oil change. This easily saved me ~$3K+. Every time I take the car in, I ask to check waterpump and measurement of brake pads and tires. They include it in the receipts. Also included a diff fluid change when I took it in for 30K service. All dealers should be like this. There's a Lexus dealer 15 min away but I drive an hour to this one for top notch service.

If you decide to go here, tell them VJ with the blue ISF sent you. I know one of the service guys there (Marc).

I had my stock sub replaced under standard warranty 2 years ago. I'm using a JL sub now since the stock sub for the ML system is a common problem.

My sub just went out a few weeks ago...smdh..im not sure what the hell Lexus was thinking....Opera and classical music my a$$!! Im in the market for a trunk setup now and have a few ideas....

what does a blown out speaker sound like? I feel like mine is blowing out soon... I had my local lexus dealership checked a while ago, but they said it's not .... I'm wondering what's a blown-out speaker is like lol
