In all the years I've driven the F I can't remember once where I've received a wave, thumbs up or something from other F owners I've come across on the road. This goes for ISX50 cars too, which are even worse because they never want to be seen around me. Always doing what they can to keep distance. Maybe the F, just makes them look bad?!
Great idea "I8ABMR" and I know that Vette owners are all about the "wave" as I use to own a Corvette...as a suggestion what if we all showed the "OKAY" sign to each other...reason being is that in sign language (for the deaf) the letter "F" looks very much like the "okay" sign...see below...just a suggestion for us to do somehting different than others...
I've seen exactly one ISF that belonged to someone I didn't already know when driving my ISF and we gave each other the nod and thumbs up. In my area, there are maybe 4-5 other ISFs around (that I've seen) and I know all of the owners.

It's a mixed bag here in Austin. There are two Fs that I've seen that don't even acknowledge me when I wave or pull up next to them. Pisses me off. The others, well, the best I can describe it is like 2 puppies coming together for the first time. We're both overly excited to see each other and can't wait to chat.
And yeah, the vast majority of ISx50 guys don't care to be around my car. I've encountered one jackass in an IS350 that clearly thought the ISF was all hype. Put that $h!t to bed real quick. I guess I was the only ISx50 owner who actually tracked Fs down and gave the thumbs up to.
I usually do when I see other F's or modded Lexus's....figured, most of them in the SF bay area are members of CL. I probably pass or come by another F maybe 1-4 times every two week around here
The only times I've seen another ISF is during meets or when I'm not driving my car.
A month ago I pulled up to another F at a light in PA. I thought the guy in the car was going to get out and hug me! He was ELATED to see another kindred spirit..Very cool.
