Dose isf loose power when this or any cel comes on ? Like car will run safety mode ?

its in limp mode...basically your car starts at 2nd gear like your in snow mode.

Put your car on a lift. Look at your O2 extenders on both driver and passenger sides. Make sure it is not touching the PPE headers. It is at the top where this issue comes up.

Mine is sikky and i checked it is not touching at all

It is the sensor on the driver's side in the midpipe (post cat sensor). It is for the heater circuit, most likely a bad sensor.

Here are the symptoms for that code
- Faulty Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2
- Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2 harness is open or shorted
- Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2 circuit poor electrical connection
