Keep it simple,
Why doesn't someone (possibly one of our site vendors) make a rear section for the exhaust, that is just straight pipes? Similar to Borla's design minus the mufflers.

I figure we could get a quality piece, some performance and a great sound for a decent price. Best of all you wouldn't have to hack up your stock piece.

Maybe we should start a wish list thread to get vendors attention. Not to jack ur thread but my request would be for a vendor to offer carbon fiber lips and diffusers for $500-$600. Can't figure out how a carbon lip costs $1200 from Tom's and Lexon.

the stock exhaust already combines into a single pipe before the resonator so i just removed the rear muffler section and routed the exaust through 2 3/4 inch piping out the passenger side
the passenger side is the shortest exit route.
since the car has fake tips you cant tell its a single exhaust anyways.
lost a ton of weight replacing the entire rear muffler section with single pipe.

[QUOTE=ISFpat;8499209]Because it costs only $40 to chop off the rear mufflers and weld in straight pipes..
I would like to keep the stock exhaust in tact just in case I ever decide to sell. Otherwise I would have already done it. Just want another option.

then weld back the old one.. when you sell it no one would know that the mufflers were rewelded since the part that most shops chop off is not visible unless you go under the car
When price is firm, anything below that is not a fair offer. Especially when I need to ship it.
