From my understanding (a more tenured member can confirm), the IS-F cannot be tuned. The ECU is completely locked. I know that NOVEL over in Japan has had luck with the Japanese cars and their ECUs, but no word on USDM cars being able to be tuned. Just slap on some headers and the ECU will relearn what it needs to.

Dyno tuning is not an option for our ECU there is one person here in the US who is advertising a tune. The last I read it was still in debate the validity of the tune. Power options are really only headers and exhaust.

Intakes don't provide any HP on the IS F they actually lose HP, Figs did an in depth review. As far as putting NOS system on the car, that's really only temporary HP which is best used for drag racing and even then the added stress on components and the increased oil change frequency every time you spray is not worth the gain. I think the OP was looking for a consistent upgrade. Manifold porting showed very minimal gains so depending on how deep your pockets go would determine if it's worth it.

You want faster and more rev happy. Lose rotational mass. Get FIGS 2 piece rotors and lighter wheels & tires and maybe change over to coil overs.

I personally put the Injen intake and muffler delete. I was at 332 stock on dyno and with the two mods it was at 368. I just ordered the PPE headers. The Intake didnt add any HP but I didnt lose any with it either. Hasn't heatsoaked either.
