That's a pretty short distance. I hope it has time to warm up to full operating temperature to keep the crankcase healthy.

My F isnt supposed to be my DD, but just ends up being that way a lot of the time. I have only driven my prius once in the last two weeks, and the only reasons im driving my GX today is due to the weather and type of work im doing. Drive the ISF more than 2 days in a row and you forget that its not supposed to be your daily lol .

5k in exactly 24 months. The fact that I live in New England, have dogs, own other cars + two trucks and am usually in dirty cloths during the day all contribute to the F sitting under a cover in the garage. On top of that I hate rust or watching nice cars and expensive part rot away.
I envy you guys that get to drive your cars everyday and don't stress out over mileage, wear and tear or the potential door ding. If I lived somewhere warm with clean roads I could easly see myself driving the F more.

I looked this morning when I pulled into the office both temps are right at the middle. On weekends if we are not in my wife's truck that's when the miles pile up.

DD since I got her... but I drive 80% highway on my commute to work about 15 miles each way... great mileage with her on the highway despite being a v8 thanks to the 8 gears... expect chips/dings/tore up hood and bumper if u highway a lot in an urban setting... it's also the weekend warrior so I avg about at least 20k/year...

Quoted for truth. I daily drive my car as well.. mostly freeway so my front end is no longer perfect.

It's my 3 season daily (Spring/Summer/Fall). I pull out the AWD beater once the salt hits the ground in the Winter.

Yep, that's an unfortunate issue where I live/commute (Northern VA/D.C. suburbs). After 8 years, the front of my IS350 has lots of wear & tear. I really need to get a clear bra on the IS-F ASAP.
