Hub removal

Last time I swapped studs on my wife's sienna there was a little half circle in the hub rear cover at 2 o'clock I believe, and I was able to punch out the old studs by turning each to a 2 o'clock position.I did't have to work on my ISF's brakes yet so I can't comment how it is on a Lexus but just make sure you don't have those half circles there, just a thought.

Not sure why you would want to fully remove the hub to remove the studs anyway. They're easy to press out with a simple tool:

Really, only an idiot uses a hammer.

That is a great tool. Never seen that before. Anyway i removed my hubs last night. Fronts were super easy, maybe took 20 minutes but the backs on the other hand were much more involved. Now that ive done it though it wouldnt take long next time around.
