For those of you who have stated their spring rates, could you also chime in with what your dampening clicks (Front/Rear) are set at. Also whether you set them from Soft to Hard, or from Hard to Soft.

It would help a lot.

Thanks.

On my 08 I went with the 16/12 (without the Swift upgrade) and absolutely loved it. I had it set basically in the middle at perhaps 10/30 or 15/30 clicks (soft to hard).

I tried 30/30 for kicks and holy crap it was crazy harsh for the roads I drive. But at the lower and middle settings the 16/12 setup was wonderful. At full soft it was too soft so I know I would have been disappointed with the 14/10.

On a side note, no complaints from the wife with the 16/12 setup.

Does it matter what type of upper mounts to use (Pillowball vs Rubber) when running BCR coils on our IS-Fs? I heard Rubber mounts is the way to go for a quiet ride.

Rubber mounts are preferred and 16/12k is perfectly fine unless you guys just want to let what Figs explained go in one ear and out the other.
I live in Boston (worst roads in the U.S.) and run 305s on the rear with a few of the Figs arms. People complement the luxury/sport ride of my car often and I have yet to get a complaint about poor ride quality. I change my damper settings based on my mood or where I'm going with the car. Damper settings are subjective once you understand the basic principle. At that point it become something like the classic turbo lag conversation.

Also a little FYI, Tein dampers will blow the seals prematurely more often then not.
